At Hypeheven, every piece is crafted in limited quantities to keep it exclusive and special. Because of this, we have a simple but fair return and refund policy:
Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging (including tags, cards, and accessories).
Returns are only accepted for size issues, damaged products, or incorrect items sent.
To start a return, email us at hypehevenclothing24@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return.
Exchanges
We currently allow size exchanges (subject to stock availability).
If your size is out of stock, you’ll receive store credit instead.
Refunds
Refunds are only processed if:
You receive a damaged product.
You received the wrong item.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
For all other cases, we issue store credit to use on future drops.
Non-Returnable Items
Limited-drop items once worn or used cannot be returned.
Accessories, upsell items (bracelets, cards, pins, etc.), and final sale products are non-returnable.
Important Note
Since all our drops are made in short runs, once sold out, they won’t be restocked. So make sure you pick your right size before ordering.
